Shortly after Danielle moved into Ben and Oliver's building, Stewart helped her carry her things and Lydia introduced her to Ben, hoping they'd hit it off. Ben helped her move her things in, but didn't pursue anything.
Wanting to encourage the relationship more, Stewart left one of Ben's magazines in Danielle's mailbox, forcing her to come to his apartment to return it. They had an awkward exchange before Danielle left.
Stewart later knocked on both Danielle and Ben's doors to get them to talk again.
